Many people think that since they are not currently in hospital or taking the day off because of illness, they feel good. However, feeling good is much more than the opposite of being sick. A good mood is a feeling of complete health in all areas. It means having the energy to do all the things you want to do, waking up in the morning feeling great, without having to take medication at the start of the day, playing with children without breathlessness, and keeping the weight right.
The massive growth in the number of obese and overweight people as a result of industrial food processing and the greedy activities of the fast food industry provides another terrifying statistic. A very rapid increasement in the problem of obesity among children, the incidence of various diseases of civilization, is a fatal prognosis for the next generations and at the same time a symptom of the powerlessness of conventional medicine in the face of the contemporary human lifestyle issues.
It is worth noticing the law, which states about the duties of a doctor, which is in the legislation of many countries around the world, including Poland. Article 4 of the Act on the Medical Profession states that: (quoted): "A doctor is obligated to perform his profession in accordance with the indications of current medical knowledge and the methods and means available to him for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases".

Every day I encounter a constant illness, especially among children in the autumn-winter period and the "spring solstice". Let’s count how much money we spend on medication yearly. How much? I’ve been spending over 100 PLN a month in this most expensive store - a pharmacy. My office was always full of medicine. I was suffering very often, especially from pus tonsillitis - several times a year. My laryngologist informed me that it would be necessary to remove the almonds. Frequent tonsillitis and antibiotics damage the heart a lot. The antibiotics have simply stopped working on me. My body’s resistance to infections was equal to zero and maybe less.
