The endocrine system is made of glands that fill the blood with substances which have ability to control organs remotely. Thyroid with T4 tyroxine and T3 triiodothyronine controls the metabolism and energy production, adrenals make adrenaline and noradrenaline that controls the muscles, vasculars and bronchi, and steroid hormons which are responsible for water and electrolyte management. The sex hormones are responsible for adolescence and ability for giving the birth, and there is finally a growth hormone produced in brain with pituitary. All these hormones are circulating providing stability of metabolism processess, energetic issues, growth and development of cells as well as whole organs.

Take care on proper functionality of your endocrine system everyday.
Loose weight, resign from diet of western type, restrict eating of burgers, pizza, fat noodles and fried meals, and if you eat meat, treat it as a special food, not everyday food. Eat fresh fish, wide range of fruits and vegetables, at least once a week eat nuts. Make your diet full of amega3 acids, selenium, iodine and other microelements and vitamins. Train your body at least 30 a day, even if it is 6 sessions 5 minutes each.
