Below there are given some important elements in musculoskeletal system’s prophylaxis.

Diet.
Without vitamin C there is no collagen synthesis. Without calcium, vitamin D and proteins there are no strong bones. Stay with your diet to manage the optimal amount of these components. Immune system is surprisingly "against" the joints and we still don’t know what destructs the fine balance between protection and fighting to these structures. In western diet there are many products that have inflammating side effect and so activating the immune system. The very first step is to eliminate all of unhealthy, fat, fried dishes made with highly processed products, the second step is to replace them with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Physical activity.
When you are training, don’t forget to stretch your muscles - it’s the basic of avoiding sport diseases. Hold on to your honor if you feel pain. Pain is like an alarm sirene and if it constantly repeats this means you need to visit experienced professional. A physiotherapist will help you to eliminate the cause of pain, especially if it is because of bad training technics. If you are going to do sport as profession, be sure that you know how to practice with optimal posture, because disregarded ergonomy can impact on your health after few training sessions. Few cyclists have a bike perfectly set to their body proportions and type of trainings, but good setup itself may prevent you from back pain. Train with harmony. Don’t focus only on one activity, for the others body parts could be unnecessarily trained.In crossbreeding pains strengthten the muscles near the backbone. For this disease one of the most impressive activities is regular swimming in backstroke style.

Caution.
Learn how to pick up heavy things. Always from squat, never from bend. It’s very common cause of disc slipping! Control blood pressure and be careful of medicines changes because too big dose of hypertension drug can increase your chance of falling down. If just after waking up from bed or armchair you feel noise in ears and have blackout before eyes, sit or lay down and wait for your heart will compose its beating to your position. Better wait than fall into unconsiousness and break hip for example.
