I General rules

1. An independent distributor provides services for the purchase of products at the Customer’s request. The ordered products are original and come directly from Vision International People Group and Nature’s Sunshine. SINGERTON provides solely logistic services. All products presented on the website sklep.singerton.pl are original and free from defects.

2. The Internet shop under the address sklep.singerton.pl is run by the SINGERTON company with its seat in Szczecin at 93 Rydla Street, NIP: 9551857965, REGON: 812396676 . The SINGERTON company is entered in the register of companies under official control of the National District Sanitary Inspector - entry number: 875/1616/10

4. Used terms:
Shop - an online shop operating at http://sklep.singerton.pl, selling products in its offer via the Internet

Workdays - all weekdays from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Delivery time - the time in that the Shop will complete the order and send it for shipment in the form of delivery chosen by the Customer

Customer - natural or juridical person making purchases in the Shop

Customer account - database containing Customer’s data for orders placed, history of orders, tracking of shipments, data concerning payments for orders

Bank transfer - payment made by the Customer in a bank through an Internet account, stationery account or at the post office

Electronic transfer - payment made by the Customer from the on-line bank account, via Przelewy24 or Pay-Pal system


II Acceptance and processing of orders

1. The shop sells products of Vision International People Group via the Internet. Information about the products can be found on the shop’s website sklep.singerton.pl .

2. Orders can be placed through:
a) online store (24h)
b) e-mail: (24h)
c) by phone: +48 509 911 052 (Workdays: 10.00 - 18.00)

3. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day all year round. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. A necessary condition for the execution of the order is to provide a telephone number and e-mail address.

5. Information about the current status of your order will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

6. Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. In case of unavailability of products this time may be extended to a maximum of 7 working days.

7. Incorrectly completed order forms or orders that raise doubts will be confirmed by phone by shop staff.

8. By placing an order, the Customer gives a power of attorney to the seller - SINGERTON company with its registered office in Szczecin at 93 Rydla Street - to conclude a contract for the provision of transport services on his behalf with the Carrier in order to send the purchased goods through him.

9. Confirmation, access, recording, securing all relevant provisions of the agreement in order to gain access to this information in the future shall be in the form of:
a) order confirmation by sending to the indicated e-mail address: order, information about the right of withdrawal from the contract, these regulations, a template withdrawal form and links to download the regulations and a template withdrawal from the contract in PDF version,
b) attach to the completed order sent to the indicated place of delivery printed materials such as: proof of purchase, information about the right of withdrawal from the contract and a model withdrawal form.


III Changes in orders

1. The Customer may make changes to the order until it is completed (that is, until it is sent for dispatch). After sending the goods, the Customer may use the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (see Returns).

2. The implementation of the above changes is possible by contacting the shop staff - by e-mail at the address sklep(@)singerton.pl or by telephone on +48 509 911 052. Changes in the order ordered by telephone will be made only after verifying the Customer as the person placing the order.

3. Modifications to orders submitted by e-mail concerning changes in: the Customer’s address, delivery address and including return orders for overpayment will be accepted for execution only if the instruction is submitted from the e-mail address registered in the Customer’s Account or the e-mail address from which the order was submitted.


IV Prices of goods

1. The prices of goods in the shop are expressed in PLN and are gross prices.

2. The price given for each product is binding at the moment of placing an order by the Customer.

3. The SINGERTON Company reserves the right to change prices of goods in the Shop’s offer, introduce new goods to the Shop’s offer, execute and cancel promotional actions on the Shop’s pages or introduce changes in them. The above right does not affect the prices of goods in orders placed before the date of entry into effect of the price change, conditions of promotional actions or sales.


V Order processing time

1. Ordered goods will be delivered to the address of the pick-up point indicated by the Purchaser. The delivery time - up to 7 working days - is depending on the chosen form of delivery.
2. In case of lack of goods in the warehouse, the Purchaser will be informed about this fact and the related extension of the order processing time.

3. We attach a proof of purchase to each shipment. If you want to be invoiced for the purchased goods, please check this option when filling out the order form.

4. SINGERTON shall not be responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery due to an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the Customer.


VI Forms of payment and overpayment

1. The Customer may choose the following forms of payment for ordered goods with delivery on Polish territory:
a) Payment in cash on delivery is realized when the order is delivered via the Polish Post or Parcel Machines. The realization of the order begins after the end of the order placement procedure by the Customer,
b) electronic, bank or credit card transfer - with these forms of payment, the execution of the order begins once the Shop receives confirmation of the correct execution of financial operations from the payment operator. The Customer is obliged to pay within 3 working days from the date of order placement.

2. Goods with delivery outside the territory of Poland can be paid only by credit card online through Przelewy24 payment operator or through PayPal payment system (the fee is charged at the time of confirming the transaction by PayPal).

3. The Shop reserves the right to exclude the form of payment for the order: "payment on delivery" to a Customer who has not received a paid on delivery order delivered by the Polish Post twice in the past. After disabling this form of payment, the Customer may use the following forms of payment: electronic transfer, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card. Restoring the form of payment "payment on delivery" for a Customer takes place after submitting and receiving another order with a form of payment: electronic transfer, bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.

4. If an overpayment occurs on the Customer’s account due to payment for the ordered goods, the Customer may decide to use the overpayment for future purchases in the Shop or to give back the overpayment. The return of the overpayment is made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer or if the Customer made payment by payment card, the funds will be returned to the card. The return of the overpayment is made within a maximum of 3 working days. For reasons of security of the Customer’s funds, an order for the return of an overpayment may be made after receiving a decision from the Customer made by phone or e-mail sent from the e-mail account registered in the Shop on the Customer’s account or from the e-mail address from which the order was placed. The Shop reserves the right to verify the identity of the Customer making the request for a refund.


VII Complaints

1. All goods available in the Shop are original, have the manufacturer’s quality guarantee and are free from defects.

2. The Customer has the right to make a complaint in the Shop if it is found in the delivered goods:
a) mechanical damage during transport
b) inconsistency of the goods with the ordered goods
c) other product defects that make the product inadequate

In this case, the Customer should send the goods back to the Shop’s address: SINGERTON, 93 Rydla Street, 70-783 Szczecin. The returned goods should include the filled in "complaint" part. (print attached to the package or downloadable below). The Shop does not accept any parcels sent back on delivery.

3. Complaints are considered within 7 days from the date of obtaining by the Shop the shipment with the advertised goods. If a complaint is accepted, the damaged product will be replaced with a new one of full value, and if this is no longer possible (for example, due to depletion of stock), the Shop will return the equivalent of the price of the product to the Customer (if it was the only product sent to the Customer, the Shop will also return the cost of delivery of the product and other costs associated with the choice of payment method) or offer him other goods available in the Shop to choose from. The costs associated with sending back the goods under complaint shall be returned by the Shop immediately after the complaint has been accepted.

4. The Customer has the right to make a complaint:
a) in the case of food products packed within 3 days of opening the package (Journal of Laws of 24 February 2003 No. 31 item 258). Notification of non-compliance with the contract should be made no longer than before the expiry of the date of minimum durability of the goods or the date of their shelf-life. Pre-packaged goods are products intended for sale, placed in unit containers of any type, the declared quantity of which, measured without the participation of the buyer, cannot be changed without opening, damaging or clearly breaking the packaging.
b) in the case of cosmetics within 26 months from the date of receipt of the goods, under the condition that the Shop is notified about the defect within two months from the finding of non-compliance of the goods with the contract. The defect must be detected by the Customer within 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
c) in the case of other products not listed above within 26 months from the date of receiving the goods, under the condition that the Shop is notified about the defect within two months from the date on which the goods are not in accordance with the contract. The defect must be detected by the Customer within 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.

VIII Right of withdrawal

1. According to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act dated 30 May 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), the Customer may resign from the goods purchased in the Store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The goods should be sent back to the address of the Shop (SINGERTON, 93 Rydla Street, 70-783 Szczecin) within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract (the statement reached to the Shop). The phrase "reaching the statement to the Shop" is understood as sending a statement of withdrawal from the contract by the Customer within the statutory period. The declaration may be sent by post (the date of the stamp is decisive) or electronically to the e-mail address. If the Customer uses the electronic form, the Store shall immediately send him/her a confirmation of receipt of information about the withdrawal from the contract to his/her e-mail address.

2. We do not accept the return of goods that have been completely destroyed by the Customer or, in accordance with Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 in the case of dietary supplements (food products), the producer’s protections have been removed and the packaging has been opened after delivery (the protective films have been torn off and the lid of the plastic packaging has been torn off) for health protection and also for hygienic reasons.

3. Returned goods must be sent back with a return declaration (print attached to the package or downloaded below). The Customer may use the template of the withdrawal form proposed by the Shop or write a handwritten statement, which will include: The Customer’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if available), order number, date of placing the order, date of making the declaration, name of the returned goods and its quantity, legible signature.

4. SINGERTON guarantees the return of the amount paid by the Customer for the goods, as well as the additional costs incurred by the Customer for the delivery of the goods and other costs related to the choice of the payment method (except for the additional costs resulting from the method of delivery and payment chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest usual method of delivery and payment offered by the Shop). The money will be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Shop was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract using the same payment methods as those used by the Customer to pay for the order, unless the Customer has agreed to another solution. We do not charge any fees related to the return of funds paid by the Customer. The Shop does not accept any parcels sent back as cash on delivery. The cost of sending back the goods is not refundable (approx. 15 PLN if the parcel is sent back via the Polish Post Office). The Shop may hold the return of payments until the goods are received or until the Customer provides proof of sending back the goods, depending on which event occurs earlier.

5. The Customer shall be responsible for any reduction in the value of the delivered goods resulting from their use beyond what is necessary to establish their properties, characteristics and functioning.

IX Personal data

1. By placing an order in the Shop, the Customer agrees to the processing of his or her personal data, which is necessary for the purposes of the contract. The Customer is responsible for submitting false personal data.

2. SINGERTON is committed to the protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Act of 29.08.1997. "On personal data protection (Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883) in a way that prevents access to them by third parties.

d) What is the purpose and legal basis for processing your personal data?
We process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract made with you, among other things, to enable the provision of electronic services and full use of the portal, setting up and managing your account, handling transactions and solving technical problems, handling complaints, loyalty program support, contacting you, including for the purposes related to the provision of services. In addition, we are required by law to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. If you agree to this, you will receive a newsletter with marketing content. You may voluntarily consent to receive the newsletter by email or SMS by ticking a special checkbox which is available when you create a Customer Account in the Shop or when placing an order. You can also start receiving the newsletter by subscribing to the mailing list. Just enter your e-mail address in a specially prepared form available on the main page of the Shop and verify the entered e-mail address by clicking on a special link in the received message. Sent messages are free of charge. You can cancel receiving the above mentioned messages at any time. Just go to https://sklep.singerton.pl/newsletter.html and cancel your subscription. We will process your personal data until you withdraw your permission.

e) Do you have to give us your personal information?
We require the following personal information from you in order to be able to conclude and perform the contract made with you and so be able to provide you with the service: Name and surname, delivery address of the order including street, number of house and apartment, postal code as well as city and country, telephone number. If you want to create an account in the Shop you will be additionally required to provide your email address. You are not required to provide your email address when placing an order. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary e.g. for accounting or tax reasons. Apart from these cases, providing your data is voluntary.

f) What rights do you have with the processing of your personal data?
We guarantee the fulfilment of all your rights under the general data protection regulation, i.e. the right of access, correction and deletion of your data, restrictions on its processing and the right to oppose the processing of your personal data. You have the right to make a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw).

g) Who do we share your personal data with?
We make your personal data available to third parties solely for the purpose of performing the contracts concluded with you in this hosting company, which operates our databases, an external accounting company in a situation where you have requested an invoice for the order and carriers such as Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office), UPS courier, InPost - parcel machines (the range of data made available varies depending on the requirements of companies for the correct delivery of the order to the Customer)

h) How long do we keep your data?
We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the law, including in particular tax and accounting regulations, fraud and malpractice prevention, statistics and archiving, settlement of the loyalty program in which you participated, for a maximum of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract. We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first. For the purpose of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, we will keep your data for the period during which our company is obliged to keep the data or documents containing it in order to prove compliance with legal requirements and to allow public authorities to check their compliance.

i) We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

j) We do not process your personal data automatically (including through profiling) in a way that affects your rights.


X Online transactions

1. Przelewy24 and PayPal systems allow authorisation in such a way that the Shop’s employees do not have access to the sent Customer’s payment card numbers. They are known only to the bank that settles transactions.

2. SINGERTON does not store payment card data in the stores’ databases or on any web servers. This makes it easier and better to protect them.

3. The system for handling online transactions is compatible with the SET/MIA (Merchant Initiated Authorization) standard and is built on the basis of software provided by reputable manufacturers, certified for SET standard issued by SETco organization.

4. The CVV2 code (for Visa cards) and CVC2 (for Europay/MasterCard cards) are the last three digits after the card number printed on the signature strip on the reverse side of the card.

5. In the case of payment by credit card, electronic payment or PayPal the Customer service is taken over by Przelewy24, which uses the most advanced payment service and guarantees the security of transactions made online. The service has security certificates of the most famous and reputable institutions in the world, and uses high class security features:
a) confidentiality of data entered into the system,
b) encrypted communication between client and server,
c) 3D Secure for credit card payments,
d) the most modern online transaction monitoring systems to reduce the risk of fraud.


XI Cookies policy

1. Cookies are single, small text files that are sent during login and downloaded to your computer. The information contained in these files allows to read the information contained in them only by the website that created them. The website does not have access to other files on your computer.

2. The cookies store session information used to establish and maintain a user session. Thanks to cookies, the website works correctly and the user can log on to his account in the Shop. Files remain on the user’s device until leaving the website, turning off the software (web browser) or expiring time specified in the files.

3. The activities associated with storing and sending cookies are handled by web browsers and are invisible to the user. Most of the browsers you use accept cookies by default. Disabling cookies will result in the impossibility of logging in to your account in the Shop and may affect the correct process of placing orders.

4. We provide all necessary information on how to disable cookies via email. All you need to do is send us a request to the following address: sklep(@)singerton.pl with information about which browser you are currently using.


XII Final provisions

1. In the case of a disagreement between the vendor and the Customer, which cannot be resolved conciliatorily, the Customer has the option of using an out-of-court dispute resolution and claim procedure via ODR platform - online conflict resolution.

2. The court having jurisdiction over disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court having jurisdiction over the defendant’s registered office or the court having jurisdiction over the place of performance.

3. In matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 "On consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827)" shall apply.

4. These Terms and Conditions are possible to change. Each user will be informed about the content of the changes to the Terms and Conditions by posting a message on the main page of the Shop, containing a summary of the changes. The SINGERTON Company commits itself to maintain this information on the main page of the Shop for a period of at least 14 successive calendar days, and Customers who have a Customer Account will be additionally informed by sending information containing a summary of the changes to the Terms and Conditions to the email address indicated by them in the registration form. Notification of changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be made no later than 14 calendar days before the modified Terms and Conditions are introduced. If a Customer who has a Customer Account does not accept the new content of the Terms and Conditions, is obligated to notify the Shop staff within 14 days of the date of notification of the change.
