Nervous system

Nervous system provides receiving incentives from outside and producing reaction for them. But not only. It is responsible also for thoughts, memory, associations, communication. And it’s not all! Nervous system adjusts the activity of many organs, sustaining the balance between actions of sympathetic and parasympathetic neurons. We have a consious control only on part of this system, for example we can make fingers bend. Many elements are working without our control and our impact on this part is different: that’s what we eating, thinking, how we behave and even with who we meet, can be helpful or harmful to our nerves.

Take care on your nervous system everyday.
Control your stress. If it is hard or even impossible, take part in stress control course. Often train every activity that makes you happy, it is indicated to make it as often as possible. Don’t blame yourself as well as do not blame other people. In your life focus on friendship and love even if you consider other as your enemies. The very most of time spend with happy, optimistic people. Quit smoking and drink less alcohol. Eat many fish filled with omega-3 acids. Make your diet full of antioxidants. Give yourself not less than 7 - 8 hours of sleep. Have a good resting and do not work too much. Take care on people who you love - in case of emergency you can count on them.
