1. The Organizer and coordinator of the Affiliate Program is SINGERTON company with its registered office in Szczecin at 93 Rydla Street, NIP: 9551857965 - authorized distributor of Vision International People Group products (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer)
2. Commissions for participation in the Affiliate Program are paid directly by the Organizer.
3. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions) constitute only a source of rights and obligations existing between the Organiser and the Programme Partner.
4. Every person wishing to become a Partner is obliged to read the content of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Any person over 18 years of age who has accepted the provisions of these regulations may become a Partner of the Affiliate Program, hereinafter referred to as Partner.

§ 2 - OBJECTIVES OF THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

1. The aim of the Affiliate Program is to attract Partners who will actively promote products available for sale on the Organizer’s website.
2. The Organizer expects the Partners to actively distribute the advertising materials provided to them in the following fields:
   • the Program participant’s websites,
   • social and thematic portals,
   • discussion forums,
   • chats and IRC channels,
   • blogs,
   • social networking sites (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Blip, etc.),
   • sending emails to friends,
   • other forms of communication resulting from the Partner’s own invention (except for those that violate the good name of the company and applicable laws).
3. The payment received by the Partner is a commission on the purchases of all the customers referred by the Partner.
4. The Partner agrees to take care of the Organiser’s good name and the products and services available on the service, especially in his own opinions, descriptions and conclusions.

§ 3 - PARTNER STATUS

1. Any adult person may become a partner of the Program.
2. Joining the Affiliate Program is completely free and voluntary.
3. The Partner status is acquired after correct registration and acceptance of the application by the Organizer, of which the Partner will be notified,
4. All informations about Partners are only processed for their marketing use by the Organizer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. (Journal of Laws of 29.10.1997). No information about individual Partners will be transferred to other companies or third parties.
5. Each Partner agrees to receive e-mails from the Organizer containing the latest information about the cooperation.
6. Each Partner has the right to access, change, correct and delete data processed by the Organizer. In order to change or delete their personal data, please contact us by e-mail at the address: sklep(@)singerton.pl.
7. Each Partner can opt out of the Affiliate Program at any time by sending an email with the cancellation notice to the address: sklep(@)singerton.pl.
8. The Partner account is closed automatically after ten months of inactivity in the system.
9. Deleting a Partner’s account means termination of cooperation.

§ 4 - PARTNER’S BUSINESS PRINCIPLES

1. The basic task of the Partner is to place information about products, descriptions, photos (available on the Organizer’s website) and links provided by the Organizer in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3, which through direct and indirect invitations of third parties to make purchases in the store www.sklep.singerton.pl will increase the Organizer’s income from the sale of products offered in the service.
2. The Organizer commits himself to:
   • assign the Partner individual partner links (hyperlinks) to the portal www.sklep.singerton.pl enabling counting the purchases made as a result of using a given hyperlink,
   • enable access to the Partner’s Panel where the statistics of purchases made by referred customers will be kept.
3. The condition necessary to recognize a customer as a person redirected by a given Partner is the entry of this person into the shop www.sklep.singerton.pl through the affiliate link assigned to the Partner.
4. Advertising made by the Partner containing partner links may not violate generally applicable laws or regulations, and also:
   • must not bear the signs of spamming (mass sending of posts and emails to people who may not wish to do so),
   • must not be capable of transmitting non-ordered commercial information,
   • must not affect the privacy rights of those to whom the affiliate link is provided.
5. Individual advertising ideas in the form of banners and original articles must be approved by the Organizer before they appear on the pages. By sending individual advertising material, the Partner declares that he has the appropriate rights to use this material.
6. By posting advertising materials on websites and services, the Partners declare that they have appropriate rights to place banners and advertisements there.
7. The Organizer may object to placing a banner on specific websites or services due to their subject matter, appearance, functionality or other reasons.
8. The following is not allowed:
   • sending mass information about a website containing any form of advertising www.sklep.singerton.pl to Internet users (so-called spamming), using any medium (emails, mailing lists, newsgroups, communicators, IRC, etc.),
   • impersonating the service www.sklep.singerton.pl in all kinds of ads, advertisements, on your own websites, in your own promotional materials, regardless of the form of promotion.
9. The redirection to the domain www.sklep.singerton.pl should be made by a conscious and intentional click of the visitor. The redirection must not be forced in any way.
10. Assigning the Customer’s purchases to the Partner takes place at the moment when the Customer enters the shop via a special link. All affiliate links contain the Partner’s unique code.
11. Due to the above described technical conditions of the Program, the Organizer is not responsible for:
    • inadequacy of IT systems of both Partners and persons redirected by them to the shop www.sklep.singerton.pl
    • use materials modified in comparison to those made available by the Organizer,
    • other which may cause irregularities in identifying the Customers redirected through the Partner’s advertisement.

§ 5 - RULES FOR CREATING AND PLACING ADVERTISEMENTS

1. The Partner is entitled at his own choice and in accordance with the requirements laid down in point 3 paragraph 5:
   • carry out advertising activities in the mass media in any convenient form,
   • use in their advertising materials the information contained in official brochures and on the Organizer’s shop website,
   • use the company names of Vision products in their advertising materials,
   • use company trademarks in advertising materials,
   • use advertising materials provided by the Organizer.
2. A Partner is not allowed to:
   • use unreliable information about Vision products in their advertising materials,
   • mislead the addressees of the advertisement, excessively increasing the amount of their potential income from the Partner’s business, and claiming that the receipt of income is guaranteed and takes place without any efforts on the part of the Partner.
   • cause damage by using their own advertising materials to other Partners or the Organizer.
3. The Partner’s advertising activity in public media (such as: radio, television, press releases) is allowed only if the Organizer, after authorization, gives its consent.
4. A Partner who has obtained permission to place advertising material in the mass media should only publish the advertising material in the form for which permission has been granted.

§ 6 - CALCULATION AND PAYMENTS

1. The fee received by the Partner for advertising products offered in the shop www.sklep.singerton.pl is calculated each time the Client assigned to him/her makes a purchase in the Organizer’s shop.
2. The Partner’s salary is 7% of the value of goods purchased by the referred customers.
3. The Partner’s identification data on the commission payment form should be provided in accordance with the truth and actual state. On the basis of the statement sent, SINGERTON company will pay the commission to the indicated bank account.
4. In case of change of identification data, the Partner is obliged to update it by sending an e-mail to the address: sklep(@)singerton.pl
5. Commissions are paid in PLN currency.
6. In the case of individuals not conducting business activity (on the basis of the commission payment form sent), the Organizer will subtract from the commission payable the cost of tax due on account of achieving income and, if necessary, social security contributions. In case of companies or persons conducting business activity, the commission will not be charged with any costs.
7. The payment of the commission will be made within 7 working days from the date of sending the commission payment form by the Partner to the Organizer’s address and in case of companies - the bill or invoice.

§ 7 - FINAL CONDITIONS AND RESERVATIONS

1. It is forbidden to persuade purchases through Partners’ advertisements by means of advertisements in discussion groups not intended for this purpose, as well as by methods inconsistent with the applicable law, with particular emphasis on the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. (Journal of Laws 02.144.1204) and principles of Internet ethics.
2. In case the Organizer finds out that the Partner violates the terms of these regulations, the Organizer has the right to exclude the Partner from the Program. The Partner is obliged to immediately remove the irregularities caused by him.
3. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally terminate or suspend the implementation of the Program without giving any reason after prior notification to the Partners and settlement of their commissions.
4. The Organiser may change the Terms and Conditions a week in advance. Users will be informed about all changes by e-mail. Lack of acceptance of the new rules by the Partner should be reported no later than 14 days after receiving the message. Lack of Partner’s acceptance of the new rules is understood as Partner’s withdrawal from participation in the program.
5. All questions and proposals concerning the Affiliate Program can be sent to the e-mail address: sklep(@)singerton.pl.
6. The Partner cannot use the discounts from the Affiliate Program for their own purchases. If we discover in your account purchases with delivery to the same address or made from the same IP address, your account will be blocked. Remember! A Partner Account is a one with at least three orders entered from different IP addresses and sent to three different delivery addresses. We check it before each withdrawal of money from the Partner account.
