Metabolism is overall of the processess taking part in our bodies, and their result is obtaining, storaging, and using energy from food. Metabolism affords the living of cells and proper funcionality of the body and has enormous impact on our weight.

Slow metabolism
There are wide known the definitions of slow and fast metabolism. We know that people with fast metabolism can easier maintain the accurate weight and don’t care about every single calorie taken. Those who have so known slow metabolism gain weight easily and have to keep on mind every part of their meals. Everybody would rather have the fast metabolism. But we have to remember, that to make it faster we have to decide on long-term changes in our lifestyle and accurate nutritional habits with physical exercises respectively.

What makes metabolism faster?
The solution is physical exercises, but made properly. The best trainings for fasten the metabolism are interval trainings, where we train in changing speed (e.g. 2 minutes of slow run mixed with 30 seconds of sprint). Also the nutritional habits matter, and the main meal of the day should be breakfast. It’s obviously important, because it’s your first meal, but the time of eating is very important. Dietetics are consent, that metabolism goes faster when breakfast is eaten in an hour from waking up. That’s when supply of vitamins and minerals is the most effective. The best for metabolism are: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, iodine and group B vitamins. The greater muscle mass also make the metabolism faster. Muscles use much more energy than fat tissue, that leads to conclusion: the more muscles, the faster metabolism.
