1. How long does it take to complete the order?
A. Orders placed on working days before 12.00 a.m. are sent the same day.
Orders placed after 12.00 p.m. are sent the next working day.
Orders placed on the weekend or holidays are sent on the first working day after.
2. Can there be delays in sending my order?
A. Generally, there are no delays in the shipment of goods. If such delays occur, they are caused by the lack of goods in our warehouse. The time of delays in the shipment of goods can be up to 1-3 working days.
3. Where can I get advice or an example of how to use the preparations?
A. If you need more information about Vision products, are looking for examples of applications in specific cases or simply want to seek advice, we invite you to visit the Polish Forum of Vision International People Group. The Forum is moderated by professionals from the branch and people dealing with Vision on a daily basis.
4. What are the side effects of the preparations?
A. Vision preparations are 100% natural and made from the highest quality plant components. In the 15-year history of the company, no side effects of using the preparations have been found.
5. Can I give the preparations to a child under 4 years old?
A. The preparations may be used by children under 4 years of age, however, according to legal requirements, please consult your GP. One of the main contraindications for giving the preparations to children is the form of the product - a large capsule may stop in the child’s throat.
6. Does Vision work with the World Health Organization?
A. Yes. Vision works with the World Health Organization to improve the quality of human life. Vision distributors are authorized to provide intercultural health and quality of life research in accordance with the agreement of March 31, 2010 between Vision International People Group and WHO.
7. Can I return the goods without reason?
A. Yes, you can return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. This regulation applies to individual customers only. The provisions concerning the right of withdrawal from the contract of purchase of goods do not apply if the ordered goods have been collected in person at the shop.
8. I did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order. Why?
A. There may be two reasons for this situation. The first one is a mistakenly entered email address when placing an order. The second may be on the server side. Very rarely, however, there are interruptions in the functioning of the site, which may affect the process of placing an order. If a problem occurs, please contact us immediately by email or phone.
9. Is my personal information, email address or telephone number shared or sold to other companies or entities?
A. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, the data you provide is used exclusively for order processing and accounting purposes. It is not sold or shared with other companies or entities.
10. Can I completely remove my data from the store?
A. Yes. You can completely remove your data from our shop according to point IX of the Terms and Conditions.
11. Can I change the form of payment for my order?
A. After placing an order - until the goods are shipped - you can still change your payment method. Please contact the shop staff immediately at one of the phone numbers given in the "Contact" tab.
