I Personal data
1. By placing an order in the Shop, the Customer agrees to the processing of his or her personal data, which is necessary for the purposes of the contract. The Customer is responsible for submitting false personal data.2. SINGERTON is committed to the protection of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the EU from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Act of 29.08.1997. "On personal data protection (Journal of Laws No. 133 item 883) in a way that prevents access to them by third parties.

We process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract made with you, among other things, to enable the provision of electronic services and full use of the portal, setting up and managing your account, handling transactions and solving technical problems, handling complaints, loyalty program support, contacting you, including for the purposes related to the provision of services. In addition, we are required by law to process your data for tax and accounting purposes. If you agree to this, you will receive a newsletter with marketing content. You may voluntarily consent to receive the newsletter by email or SMS by ticking a special checkbox which is available when you create a Customer Account in the Shop or when placing an order. You can also start receiving the newsletter by subscribing to the mailing list. Just enter your e-mail address in a specially prepared form available on the main page of the Shop and verify the entered e-mail address by clicking on a special link in the received message. Sent messages are free of charge. You can cancel receiving the above mentioned messages at any time. Just go to https://sklep.singerton.pl/newsletter.html and cancel your subscription. We will process your personal data until you withdraw your permission.
e) Do you have to give us your personal information?
We require the following personal information from you in order to be able to conclude and perform the contract made with you and so be able to provide you with the service: Name and surname, delivery address of the order including street, number of house and apartment, postal code as well as city and country, telephone number. If you want to create an account in the Shop you will be additionally required to provide your email address. You are not required to provide your email address when placing an order. If required by law, we may require you to provide other data necessary e.g. for accounting or tax reasons. Apart from these cases, providing your data is voluntary.
f) What rights do you have with the processing of your personal data?
We guarantee the fulfilment of all your rights under the general data protection regulation, i.e. the right of access, correction and deletion of your data, restrictions on its processing and the right to oppose the processing of your personal data. You have the right to make a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the supervisory authority, which is the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection (address: General Inspector for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2 Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
g) Who do we share your personal data with?
We make your personal data available to third parties solely for the purpose of performing the contracts concluded with you in this hosting company, which operates our databases, an external accounting company in a situation where you have requested an invoice for the order and carriers such as Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office), UPS courier, InPost - parcel machines (the range of data made available varies depending on the requirements of companies for the correct delivery of the order to the Customer)
h) How long do we keep your data?
We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its termination, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the law, including in particular tax and accounting regulations, fraud and malpractice prevention, statistics and archiving, settlement of the loyalty program in which you participated, for a maximum of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract. We store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you object to such processing, whichever occurs first. For the purpose of accountability, i.e. to prove compliance with the regulations on the processing of personal data, we will keep your data for the period during which our company is obliged to keep the data or documents containing it in order to prove compliance with legal requirements and to allow public authorities to check their compliance.
i) We do not transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

II Online transactions
1. Przelewy24 and PayPal systems allow authorisation in such a way that the Shop’s employees do not have access to the sent Customer’s payment card numbers. They are known only to the bank that settles transactions.2. SINGERTON does not store payment card data in the stores’ databases or on any web servers. This makes it easier and better to protect them.
3. The system for handling online transactions is compatible with the SET/MIA (Merchant Initiated Authorization) standard and is built on the basis of software provided by reputable manufacturers, certified for SET standard issued by SETco organization.
4. The CVV2 code (for Visa cards) and CVC2 (for Europay/MasterCard cards) are the last three digits after the card number printed on the signature strip on the reverse side of the card.
5. In the case of payment by credit card, electronic payment or PayPal the Customer service is taken over by Przelewy24, which uses the most advanced payment service and guarantees the security of transactions made online. The service has security certificates of the most famous and reputable institutions in the world, and uses high class security features:
a) confidentiality of data entered into the system,
b) encrypted communication between client and server,

d) the most modern online transaction monitoring systems to reduce the risk of fraud.

III Cookies policy
1. Cookies are single, small text files that are sent during login and downloaded to your computer. The information contained in these files allows to read the information contained in them only by the website that created them. The website does not have access to other files on your computer.2. The cookies store session information used to establish and maintain a user session. Thanks to cookies, the website works correctly and the user can log on to his account in the Shop. Files remain on the user’s device until leaving the website, turning off the software (web browser) or expiring time specified in the files.
3. The activities associated with storing and sending cookies are handled by web browsers and are invisible to the user. Most of the browsers you use accept cookies by default. Disabling cookies will result in the impossibility of logging in to your account in the Shop and may affect the correct process of placing orders.
